This one IS comp legal and goes in the gauge comfortably .

Great video Tim and I’ve tied up some of these beauties tonight. One question though, who the heck is Fred?
Bloke I know from Saaaffend ! ;)
Brill. I’ll bet he’s got a sister called roof and a brother called feeo and togever they are known as the Sarfend free.
Love the videos and also the response. Keep them coming Bud.😊
Hi Tim
Great video as usual.
Just one question….When you tie this fly in different colours
Do you change the colour of the legs as well as the foam.
Or do they work just as well with the natural colour legs..
Thanking you….Tight Lines……👍👍👍
Just the foam . The fish don't look at the pattern close enough to notice leg colours .
@@timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769 Thanks Tim…..Will get some tied up and give them a try..
Tight Lines….👍👍👍
Great video as usual Tim, How would you fish this? As a point fly on a washing line? Floating line or intermediate pulled or static?
All of the above . Its a hugely versatile pattern . I like tow fish two of these point and top dropper with a couple of small nymphs in between on a floater or slow tip with a steady figure eight retrieve .
Thanks Tim, Had great success on this method yesterday on an intermediate set up at Wimbleball Reservoir. @@timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769
Do you sell these flies? Because they are anything but easy imo. I made a right hash of my first attempts.
I do yes . I am pretty snowed under at the moment but I do tie for orders .. Message me through face book ..
