Ms. Pat this might be random but a comedian KevOnStage started an app where he’s making shows and posting other content of black creators because he’s tired of the exact same thing your talking about, white execs telling black writers what they should write, i know this show is already in the works but for future projects you should consider it if you want full control of your shows
