Those campagnolo sealed bottom brackets require thread lock , instead of grease (since there is no lock rings for it) You supposed are just supposed to rely on the correct torque spec , and put a little bit of ThreadLock to ensure it wont come off by accident in the future.

Are you referring to the drive side thread? Old Campagnolo/Italian frames have a reverse thread. It's referred to as Italian thread, and it's totally unnecessary.
