Things are going Tipsy turvy now! Yeah for the first mission they give you endless units. Shows lore wise I'd guess how fanatical militia can be effective. As for those watchtowers, yeah it's generally a Line of Sight issue again. Though they're supposed to have 360 degrees of protection normally, it's most likely been halved just for this mission. And as you've noticed Jay, hovering over the portraits give additional info on the units and structures.
It's like you had to go Kane's Wrath a few missions then the original Nod campaign 1 then GDi campaign 1 to fully understand the story timeline on how Kane lives and what is he planning to do and the how the GDI interact with this situation. Overall the game is amazing.
is it me or 2 years ago peoples were blind ???? that ramp problem was not line of sight Jay ordered units to attack wall that was behind the turret and units were confused how to attack that wall
Finally the Nod campaign! I liked their portrayal here better than in Tiberian Sun. Nod in TS felt like a cartoon villain doing bad things "for the evulz", whereas here they are more similar to how they were portrayed in Tiberian Dawn - a group fighting for the downtrodden and oppressed peoples of the world to overthrow the rich and privileged GDI. It is all Nod propaganda of course but it does play into the "one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" and all that.
Wait wasent there supposed to be a mission attacking the GDI treasure before getting that cutscene? That attack was supposed to be made to delay him and to make sure that Boyle wasent up in space as NOD destroyed the station to put him in charge of GDI.
Ok, sorry for the flood, but have another one. There's Kerrigan's voice narrating some motivational speech. Am I watching Heart of the Swarm playthrough??
yeah there is some line of sight issues on the ramp to turrets where satellite thing is so you couldn´t attack them lol and yes you have to use shadow team to blow up that last power plant for top turrets lol you didn´t lose much with that 2nd engineer dead since it just give couple rpg troopers and some militant squads lol its nice to get nod campaing finally... 1st harder mission is 4th or so where you get black hands and flame tanks 1st time, atleast for me its hard if you wait too long as for tstory if you remmeber from gdi campaing that nod blow up ASAT def system control to blow up that spacestation (philadelphia) this is the mission to blow that ASAT def up
i would say the nod missions are harder because you are placed in a lot of situations where if you don’t know what is going to happen. it’ll be INFINITELY harder. there are 3-4 missions i can think of right now that are extremely annoying and difficult unless you know the scripted events for the mission
Idk, I find the nod missions easier because your base isn't surrounded on all sides by enemy With gdi I'm currently stuck in Croatia (the mission where you have to turn the base defenses on and off) after getting stuck on multiple other missions (Alexandria, DC) while with nod I'm already at the Sidney wall with relative ease by comparison
@@floricel_112yeah, Croatia is a pretty... notorious mission. Fun fact, it is actually near impossible to complete on hard since the last update the company gave the game, they did some rebalancing with tiberium harvestors (aka your income), but forgot to also subsequently alter the amount of units Nod sends at you in that mission. Means that its very difficult to actually maintain enough defences to split the army to grab the MCV
more nod tips: just don’t build fanatics lmao waste of money like banelings but worse. make sure you read what stuff does and like pay attention to what objectives say cause most times it’ll tell you what to do
@@o_austria_w1004 Well NOD is "cool", but GDI are definetely and undoubtedly the good guys in this story. There are no moral choices to be made regarding which side on would wish to be on.
Both s8des play very differently too. GDI's overall army is more of the powerhouse . Focusing on hard hitting units . The sonic emmitter was actually notorious for one sgotting a LOT of early game nod vehicles before a few patches toned it down. Then theres the ever useful but slow as stupidly fuck mammoth tank. Nod's units overall suck hell in a straight firefight vs GDI but they tend to employ stealth and hit and run much. much more. Their early game infantry hordes die even faster than zerglings but are stup8d cheap. Late game infantry are the complete opposite. Small but capable squads who can easily kill stuff as long as they're not being shot at act8vely. Same idea with their vehicles *except the avatar. Cool as its upgrade ability is. its just stupid..... unless its nod vs nod*

Welp. Time to watch Jay botch more, I can't wait!
The story isn’t different. Gdi missions and nod missions happen in the same timeline. Same for the expansion

@@maximus28549 pretty much. Kane had played everyone like a damn fiddle. Kane's Wrath shows us just how
And then all that good plot and build up is pretty much wasted in CnC 4...

Tricia Helfer - the official waifu of the XXI century sci-fi.
Actually Tiberium takes you the work of digging giant holes to gather resources because it pulls minerals like iron and phosphorus out of the ground.
When EA let the developers alone... CnC3 ain't perfect but it was still a great game... But everything changed when they made CnC4
What game? Never heard of it.
Finally, Brotherhood of NOD !!! It will be a fun campaign :D
Just an FYI, if you encounter difficulties early in the campaign, spam rpg squads like crazy and try to swarm the enemy.

All static defenses detect.
Attacking and using abilities decloaks cloacked units.

That was in Kane's Wrath.
base defenses and other detectors have a smaller detection range then thier fire range, you landed just outside the detection range.
The story of all 3 campaigns go along the same path.
