I cannot rate the OP-1 Field enough just as a standalone synth Gotta sample all those synths around you into the snapshot folder. I have mine filled with Prophets, Oberheims, Moogs, and Mellotrons. Can take them with me wherever I go.

it was never rated in the first place. the op-1 was amazing for 700 bucks, and then they raised the price without adding anything, and then the op-1 field came out - which also raised the price without adding anything. pretty bad deal if you ask me, i'll stick to whatever other grooveboxes and volcas that come out
Yep, I've heard way more inspiring stuff come out of something like a Model: Cycles or Dirtywave M8 and those are both a minor fraction of the cost. It's a nice piece of hardware that isn't so much overrated as it is severely overpriced.
