@@rexcelsior5415 Nothing, until it comes to a song called TECHNO Syndrome. I'm SO sick of EVERY cover of Techno Syndrome, a song with its' intended genre in the name, always having metal and dubstep covers but virtually no actual Techno covers. I get it. That first metal cover that Ryashon did all those years ago was awesome. We can't all be Ryashon, and the whole "Techno Syndrome but no Techno" thing is getting played out. It barely ever sounds right without actually being techno, anyway.

@@rexcelsior5415 There was recently a metal cover featuring Gilbert Gottfried doing the vocals. He pronounced Kano "Can-O," and Scorpion "Scorpio." This is the rabbit hole that is Techno Syndrome minus the Techno.
This version may just be the greatest MK remix ever.

@@Akidna Yup. I know it by its' GIVEN name, mk1-00436. I got a folder full of just the sounds and voices from the first game. Don't remember how I came across it. Edit: I just liked my own comment because I'm KEWL.

He didn’t butcher it. It was good, but the dubstep didn’t really fit with the theme.
@@victorcapote7376 Listen to the original; the simplest way i can relay it to you in text is in Morse code( tite and taats) , so the original went tat tat tat ta-ta ( x 2 ) then it continues ti-ti ti-ti ti-ti tiriri ( x2 ). The new version cut out the second verse.

I appreciate your suggestion, but I’m not really trying to copy his. His provides more of a EDM dubstep whereas I just wanted to revamp the original as a tribute and at this time already working on new stuff including a Reptile theme remix.
and just to add to that I do have a mix that I did that goes off the style a little bit to what Wallfisch did, but I will have to think on that version, as I am my worst critic when it comes to composing my music and always find reasons in the mixing to ether change or just throw the project entirely out and start over. I won't putting something out that I don't like myself, but I still have that project in case I ever change my mind.

@@Akidna My legal middle name is Ryder because my dad did everything in his power to keep me from being "Lester Robin Jackson." I have a song suggestion. Techno Syndrome is from an album called Mortal Kombat: The Album. Track one on that is "Johnny Cage (Prepare Yourself)." I think you can have a LOT of fun with that. Since MK2 involves Cole recruiting Johnny Cage, that's the logical (and best) next song to do. Kind of close the circle, so to speak.

I have already done Reptiles theme remix, but I'm not quite satisfied with the mix down yet for that track so i have postpone that for a moment. You are right though, we do need a good remix for Johnny Cage.
@@Akidna The only one I can find in existence is the entire album remade as metal instrumentals by RoseScythe, and that was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. I have a remix I did myself. Prepare Yourself mixed with Syndrome. As live-action Shao Kahn put it, IT... IS... GLORIOUS!!!!! But I'm MORE than terrified of posting it on RUclips so it sits in Google Drive Hell for now.... Which sucks. Because it's good. Probably wouldn't get many views anyhow, but still, as you know, that's not always the point.
@@harleyjackson3708 then why not collab with me on making a proper remix as I will have to do some research on this song in order to get a proper vibe for a remix, and by the way I'm actually not me biggest fan of my work and don't really care what people say about it honestly and might agree with most people about how terrible it sounds lol. anyways I have always had a rule to keep pride from my mind heart as it can destroy a person mentally and physically with the constant conditioning the on maintenance of character trying to please the crowed that your the best man person in the room. One can live a free spirit of mind without always worrying about what other say about them behind their back once Pride is out of the equation. There is nothing wrong with being proud about one's work, but its when one put themselves over others that they will find that life is not free anymore and others expect something from you. I don't usually go this far out on a comment, but sometime we need a little bit of inspiration.
