Respected Sadguru. My only worry is my parents. Sometimes I feel my mother is not happy. I only try and speak to her what she desires. Mainly about her grandkids her plants. i heard there are special rudraksh, that have only one "face", those are not for everybody, but you will probably not find them by mistake, so rudraksha are good for you :)
You can buy but it needs to be purified and siddha(consecration) before wearing. Also one mukhi(one face) rudraksha is only for saints and who practice celibacy. It's can completely destabilizes life of a person who wears just like that. The store bought that you got it check how many sections are in it. You will find the by closely looking for it there are clear lines that separate sections.
Be careful of everything you wear. So much scams! Beware also buying these beads on Amazon! Not authentic because they will stain your skin and clothes. They are dyed plastic. Have faith in your Creator only!!! I feel these beads and other like things are superstitious. Miracles come from God not beads or other items.

Is it ok to eat various food items together? Yes, with condition. We do it with our daily meal. But certain food combinations contradicts others. Like ghee or meat with rice is very harmful. But let’s say empty stomach consuming neem and turmeric with mildly laced honey in Luke warm water together are a boon. Tulsi and Rudraksh or even sphatik mala is ok.
