Interview with Owain Wyn Evans - Dandini, Cinderella, New Theatre, Cardiff, 2024-25

Award-winning television and radio presenter Owain Wyn Evans, hailing from Ammanford, will be making his pantomime debut this December at Cardiff New Theatre in the production of Cinderella.
Widely recognised for his Children in Need drumathon, Owain brightens mornings as the host of BBC Radio 2 Early Breakfast every weekday, amassing a devoted following of "Bora Darlings" nationwide. In anticipation of his role as Dandini in the upcoming pantomime, Owain expresses his excitement, stating, “Panto just encapsulates all the joy of theatre. When you think about panto, you think about Cardiff and the gorgeous New Theatre. To be starring in Cinderella this Christmas is just incredible.”
