Evangelics are tolerant and have the ability to hold dialogue with every faith that's part of why American has accumulated so well.

3 - Prepare yourself and receive the body and blood of Christ

I know a person with severe depression to the point of self harm n suicidal n Jesus delivered her from her infirmities. Read the Bible know God’s Word. Live by His Word that is why he says he’s the Truth the Way n the life. Call upon Jesus name whenever u feel the depression coming up. If this is your cross carry it through with strong faith in Jesus for greater is he that is in U n your reward shall be great, seek your treasure in Heaven not of this world. Father Tryphon's story is very, very similar to life story of Archimandrite Tikhon (the author of "Everyday Saints and Other Stories")... what extraordinary people they both are.

Thank God for the American Orthodox because the Greek Orthodox in US seems to want to share mass with the Roman Catholic and also say u can be saved with the other heresy Christians. SOS.

Come on Abbot, have you ever heard of Vatican II and how it demolished the traditional Catholic Church and transformed it into a leftist political institution, a militant organization for every cultural marxist, modernist and heretical views in her zeal to join the world ? His holiness, Pope Francis must go through the entire priesthood of the holy Roman church and release from calling everyone ever accused of misconduct, (as in what said order has publicity shamed for over recent decades past). To fill these ranks, the patriarchy within the Greek orthodox must be called to serve and the next Pontiff must be elected by the latter's divine Easter celebration.

Orthodoxy is beautiful, but it's become a reaction to Roman Catholicism. Early monastics, for example, escaped the profanity of the new church after Constantine legalized Christianity. Early monastics engaged in extreme deprivations.

This word has a meaning, not the one most people associate with. One might be orthodox without knowing it, without calling himself by this name. Same like not all calling themselves orthodox really always have orthodoxy.
Orthodoxy is not to be captured or bought. Orthodoxy is a gift that comes and goes on his own ... picky. One should strive to welcome orthodoxy always, cuz it's so easy to lose it in the slightest moment of ignorance.
Many don't know that there's not only orthodox christians. There's also orthodox judaism, orthodox islam ...

There's still lots of monastics living by choice in extreme deprivations and isolation up in the mountains in my country.😀 Reason for joy ... some people in my country go up in the mountains to search for a spiritual father and it's not easy because monks hide from the world. Mostly they find some monks not so isolated who speak about those who live alone with God. I could find only one clip translated. They're plenty in my native language. Hope you enjoy it🙌
