NOBODY is above the constitution and framing somebody randomly who is not at all related to the murder victim is almost impossible, you will have a lot alibi for the time of the murder, you will have no motive. You can involve the CBI, get the media and human rights organizations involved. Itna darte kyu ho tum log. Police will threaten you ki case me phasa denge but they can't actually do it so easily and they know it too. Manufacturing evidence is not easy, there are a lot of protocols in place. They just feed off your fear and the fact that you believe them so blindly

Sir I have a doubt sometimes I have seen that if a couple is alone walking in park, or any public place (just walking and talking to each, not doing anything wrong) and any police officer see's them then even if the couple is recording the conversation they try to grab the phone forcely and delete the evidence and humiliate the couple and blackmail them. I have seen multiple times these things happening and if i go there to talk to them they blame us to be guilty by promoting bad influence (ashlilta) in the society. I agree to all the laws and rights which we have in our country but what if someone get mentally tortured and commit something which they should not. We can file a case but it will not bring back the person or the mental stability of the person who has suffered due to this. Can you please tell us a way what should we do in such scenarios?
