I’ve been implementing cold into my showers the last couple weeks, not to pump myself up but to begin to train my mind to handle stress when my body is freaking out. I’ve been excited for the most part every day except this morning… crazy thing though that happened today… I did it anyway. I didn’t start with warm today I went right to ice cold, then back to warm to bring back comfort then right back to ice cold to induce stress then back to warm to cold once more. By the third cycle I was audibly laughing with joy. Crazy how you can change your entire frame of mind in 10-15 minutes… imagine if I just went for the warm shower today… like you said Eddie, it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but I wouldn’t have this sense of inner power 💪
