      Can you be more specific about what you are trying to achieve? If it helps, you can click on the font to highlight it in the Character section of the Properties panel…
      - Press the up and down arrow keys
      - Scroll the mouse wheel
      - Type the name of a font

      @@MichaelBullo for example, i am into string and font size is 9 and font type is Arial, now i want to change font size and font type without using mouse.

    I don't see anything auto fit Hight in InDesign. This is a biggest drawback right

      @@MichaelBullo thank you this i know by watching your video I have learnt this. But the same thing in table I need. How do we fix table by keeping auto fit cell. I don't see any option for table auto fit

      @@smhameed1918 Select the table cells you want to change.
      Table > Cell Options > Text
      Choose the "Rows and Columns" section.
      Set "Row Height" to "At Least" and then set the text field to the right of this to a low number.
