From the mod itself, nothing related to Iwai has been posted there, so I can’t say if the mod author has any plans to include an Iwai romance at all... I would be open for it, though!
Unlikely. There's an Adachi romance mod that was removed from GameBanana because he's an adult. If it were in include Iwai, it would have to be hosted somewhere else. It pains me to say it though, since I'd love Maruki
