Hey there! In this video, I hope to shed light on some of the more unique aspects of the custom houses we build here at Bradmoore Builders. When we close on a new house, I like to celebrate by jumping into the tub for some relief from the stress. It allows me to put myself in the homeowner's shoes and detect problems or features that could otherwise be missed when standing.

I'll now show you our luxurious walk-in shower. Our tile setters do an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier about that. They are incredibly passionate about their trade, and you can tell from the impeccable tiling job they do. To ensure the shower continues in pristine condition for a very long period, we employ robust materials like Hardy Board and waterproofing.

Oh, and the pocket door in the master bathroom is another one of my favorite features. I know many people don't like pocket doors since they can present issues once some time has passed. But, you know what? We have cracked the case! Despite the higher price, we insist on using Johnson Products' metal pocket door frames. These frames are sturdy and include a soft-closing mechanism, making them extremely practical.
