I've lived here my whole life and yet everyday when I open the door of my home I am astounded by its beauty.

Maybe a better title would be this is a sliver of MT. MT is so vast in it's landscape that so much was left out. Drive thirty mins from where I live in any direction and you'll be met with any of the following and more glacier, desert, waterfalls, forest, plains etc

@Callie Linn Do you live on the high line? Where I live in Montana if you drive 30 min anywhere in one direction you will be on a highway and the next biggest town is miles away. Plus there are no good campgrounds near me unless you go to Yellowstone. The first Koa was built here, but it isn't the best one. There are few small towns near me, but the next biggest one is a huge distance compared to other states.
Does that put you in the Billings area ? Love it here myself but wishing the growth spurt would slow alittle !

@@yourlocalbicronoverlord Must be the temp up north. Here in the Bozeman area it's typically negative teens. Only one week out of the year do we hit the high -30's or -40's.

There is more to America than just one state
I've always wanted to visit here for at least 2 weeks. I only drove through it back in the mid90's touring with my band. Regretably we only stopped for gas and food pushing through to the next state. Played the game Far Cry 5 recently and became obsessed with Montana. You guys have a pretty rad state.

Visited Montana for the first time when I went to collage about 14 years ago and it was. Breath taking. I recently moved there, but moved away 5 months later. It was so sad to see such a beautiful state being ruined by meth;(. So sad.

Asim Sohail Currenly I've been dreaming of going to places all around Asia like South Korea, Japan, China, but I've never really looked into travelling across the U.S. or even my own native Canada. Sometimes I don't get a chance to see the beauty of the places right close by to me and Louis definitely does a fantastic job at making me realize how wonderful the world is. :)

If I could live anywhere in the world, I would still come back to Montana for the summer. Who else has it better, Canada or maybe New Zealand? Western Montana is where it's at.
Montana is probably the most beautiful state at all in the USA but Alaska, Utah (Monument Valley) , Arizona (Page with Antelope Canyon , Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon), Nevada (Valley of Fire) are very beautiful too. Hope to visit Montana in this decade perhaps, such a beautiful place.
And in the World probably better and more beautiful : Reine in Norway, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald in Switzerland, Neuschwanstein in Germany, Munich in Germany, Chamonix (Pic du Midi) and Mont Saint Michel in France, Iceland, Patagonia in Argentina, Iguazu Falls Argentina/Brazil frontier, in Italy : Cinque Terre region, Sardinia, Toscana, Spain the Region around Barcelona and the Pyrenees mountains, Portugal Algarve, Machu Picchu in Peru, Kilimanjaro and Cape Town in Africa, New Zealand, Hokkaido and Mount Fuji area in Japan, Tianzi mountains in China, Canada wildlife and many more locations in the World.

I live in Montana and its the most peacefull and beautiful state there is. I love where i live so much and im so proud. I may not be born and rased here but i lived here for 4 years and im only 15 so i have a lot more of the state to concer.

I was stationed at Malstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT in 1971. I bought a 1969 Camaro _ SS _ 327 _ 4-Speed for $900 and spent the majority of my time off exploring Montana. A recent high school buddy had a summer job at Lake McDonald Lodge up in Glacier Park and I went up for a long weekend to visit my friend. Free food, free lodging, and lot's of pretty girls. Maggie May, Ain't No Sunshine, and Riders On The Storm were playing on the radio. I loved Montana:) +1

Joe Tucker glacier is on the western side. Yellowstone is more towards the southern side, however most of it is in Wyoming. The western side is what’s shown in this video tho

If I moved from Ohio, I would consider Missoula. I dated a guy way back in the 90's who loved going out to Montana and wanted me to move to Missoula with him. I wasn't willing to relocate, though. Too far from my family.

Born and Raised in Montana. Lived in small town called Troy to be exact. Troy is the lowest elevation in the state and the furthest west town in Montana. It’s a beautiful state with plenty to do for outdoors activities. The summer is by far the best but if you’re a winter lover Montana doesn’t have a shortage of things to do in the winter. Just dress for the season because it gets brutally cold here.
Montana is the best place on earth. I have called this state home for over 30 years. I was born here and I will die here. This is a place where everyone lends a helping hand, Where you can still talk to your neighbor. I love it here, the scenery is breathtaking, there are so many things to do outdoors. To the coastal states, we are considered hillbillies. I wouldn't trade my neighbors for anything. We have our own economy, anytime America is in a recession, we don't feel much of an impact. I love Montana!

I was born and raised in south dakota so I'm used to the climate, but we moved to Colorado 4 yrs ago, so I got used to winter's only going to like 10°. But we moved to Montana just 2 months ago in late June so I'm gonna have to get used to the cold again. I'm not prepared for winter lol

Just came from a family reunion in Ronan and Polson, had an extra day to drive up to Glacier National Park. I have a lot of family in Montana and my grandmother was raised in Bigfork. Such a beautiful place. It felt like home.

I live in a tiny city in Montana less than 10,000 people, most people here can't afford their houses due to people moving in from out of state. Most people in the state can't afford their 80-200k houses. When people come in from out of state, people who usually pay millions for homes, come in and take these houses and acres of land, they drive up the price of local housing. People can't discriminate due to these people coming from out of state, so driving up prices wound screw over people from the city. That's why people in the comment section of this video are mad. We can't do much to stop them from driving us out. Montana is fairly cheeped if you can't afford Montana, where else can you go.
