Roof ceramic tiles ഇട്ട് അതിന് അടിയിൽ സീലിങ് ഓട് ഇടുമ്പോൾ in between gap ല് എലി കൂട് കൂട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ലേ , പിന്നെ in case മുകളിലെ ഒരു ceramic ഓട് പൊട്ടിയാൽ എങ്ങിനെ replace ചെയ്യും.. എൻ്റെ വളരെ നാളായി ഒരു സംശയം ആണ് ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് തന്നാൽ വലിയ ഉപകാരം ആയിരുന്നു
ചുമരിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഭാഗങ്ങളും ചേർന്ന് എയർ ടൈറ്റ് ആയി പാക്ക് ചെയ്യണം. അപ്പോൾ എലി ശല്യമോ കിളി ശല്യമോ വരാനുള്ള സാധ്യത വളരെ വളരെ കുറവാണ്. ഓട് എങ്ങനെയെങ്കിലും പൊട്ടിയാൽ സാധാരണ ഓട് മാറ്റുന്ന പോലെ മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് തന്നെ മാറ്റാം സീലിംഗ് ഓടും അടിയിൽനിന്ന് എടുത്തു മാറ്റാൻ പറ്റും

Very well designed plan, It is a wonder how architect executed such a wonderful layout within the space constrains and in this budget of 30lakhs. Each and every space is very well utilised with excellent practical sense. The ID part and elevation is outstanding. House is ventilated in a very good sense, especially the open kitchen and work area ventilation makes it wonderful and bright. Such architects give hope for the native architecture with timely and practical evolutions. All the very best for architect Anand. Wonderful work...Expecting more from him and keep up the class always.
