Nate, we absolutely love escargot and will order them whenever they are on the menu.
On the French dessert. The three little white cookies are actually meringue kisses normally flavor in a french vanilla or a lemon or any flavor you want now in America those meringue kisses are made with chocolate chips inside. But in France it's very plain.

My mom is a plant-based eater and we went to Chefs de France and she got the Ratatoille and it was the best thing she ate the whole vacation and now she likes to go back every trip she loved it so much!

When I was a kid I begged my parents to let me order it as an appetizer (bc of the movie Pretty Woman) & it was awful, texture & taste--- but they forced me to eat it all. We ate there last week and my wife really liked the ratatouille and citrus cake and I got the tenderloin and cream brulee but no escargot you were brave trying that green stuff!

17:25 the fear in the eyes is real! :D I find when trying new foods, especially extreme ones like escargot, it's best to remember that an entire nation loves the food so it can't be that bad... once you get the mental block out of the way there's more chance you can enjoy it! :D love the videos!
Hi, in Portugal we eat escargot too, we call them Caracol hehehehe! Nate is the best!
