I absolutely love how much you let the kids do without help, but with supervision. Its beautiful that you have spoken into their lives in such a way that they feel like they can accomplish these thing together and that they see the value in it so much so that they want to. I know everyday probably isnt like that and real life is a bit messy sometimes but you two give them a great example

When I had chickens I used to let them free range too. Unfortunately they're very smart and they found out exactly where I exited my house. They drop their manure all over my walkway I couldn't step out of the house without Landing in a pile of chicken manure. It didn't take me long to get them back inside a fenced area with lots of greenery scraps and feed to keep them happy.
I know we dont see alot of behind the scences but maybe at the end oc summer canning and waterbathing you could give us a total of how many of your veggies you canned im just courious you put alot out to grow
You two are great parents. Your kids happiness seems to be paramount to you. A swing is a little thing but to a kid is wonderful. 👏🏻👏🏻😊
