to get the Phillipe items you need to talk to him with specific characters in specific levels; With any character in the swamp, with shaggy in El Muncho and with Scooby in Howling Peaks. you need to talk to him like 20 times though (its rng how much u need to talk to him)
@@terpu2072 do you know a other way ? I can't get the hat. Got the boots in the swap and the finger in el mouncho, but i can't get the hat qt the peak Edit : so i try to talk to him again and again. I finally got it. So Thanks you ❤ you help me find the last treasure i need and the last costum too.
