The quest where you follow the tracks of the exiled looking for promised land was depressing
It was indeed.
Yeah ,a real shame if you played the original KOTOR and retrieved all the Promised Land journals.
At least they made it there. Maybe they were happy for a time.

Man, Taris went through some rough stuff. First the bombing, then all the toxic and chemical dumpings, and the republic can't rebuild it. Taris was cool in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, had some good times there. In Star Wars The Old Republic, it was rough, but it was still cool being back there, even though it was different, it still felt somewhat like Taris. I liked all the references to Taris in Kotor, the Endar Spire, Rakghoul serum, The Promised Land, the Black Vulker speeder with the accelerator, etc. The soundtrack sounds cool as well!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

SWTOR really did an amazing job to portray a former multiple leveled metropole 400 years after its destruction if you ask me.
Too bad thats the only thing that was done well from KOTOR.
After that they just decided to randomly kill Revan by a no named Sith...

@@sergeantsharkseant If you read Revan's codex in SWTOR it says that the emperor used him as an energy source until he got free
I'm so grateful to LucasArts that they were kind enough to give us this music without demanding $.99 a piece for it. Truly a gift!

A 2 years later comment aka me: no, I Was miserable, rather head back to Coruscant then go back to Taris.
@@drxtale9446 Coruscant and Nar Shaadaa are the worst of all for me. I hate not being able to easily get around enemies.

+Ninjanoto 2 they still prowl Taris...
And they will continue to do so even after the Vong do there thing for one does not simply kill a Rakghoul...
I had my fill of this place for sure...
I love this planet. I really enjoyed both sides of Taris.
I'm replacing the Taris sewers music in my KOTOR 1 with this song.

You know what the Revanites need? A flashy mantra like the jedi and sith, then people on Dromund Kaas would listen to them...

Ugh, this planet was just so terribly designed... I remember getting lost everywhere as Jedi shadow cause the map would not cooperate with me.
It should be called "Rakghouls everywhere". I hate this planet. And the Empire take it at the end anyway. Such a waste of time.
Taris was the worst planet in the game period
Alderaan is decent on Empire side
Alderaan Tatooine Hoth voss r the worse cuz of the lagging issues but it has good storyline
Alderaan on Republic side was worst. Taris was just okay. Hoth and Balmorra are also bad in terms of length.
I really like the night/day difference for the two factions.

Taris is unfortunately one of the most boring quest areas. And really, can we fight something else but Rakghouls?
