About the vitamin, almost same experience here... I was switching my Vitamin C from a not so well known brand to a popular brand and on the day that I start to take the new brand, I caught cold and took me a whole week to fully recover🤦🏻♀️

Lets be real. In the 'nickelback' vs 'nickelback cover band' its the latter. But with that in mind we must pay homage for the fact that Nickelback, the original, are self aware of their mediocrity and yet accept and do not claim to be anything more. They live with their mediocrity because for them there is love for music and thats okay. Its okay to enjoy something and not be the greatest. And quite frankly people should be chill with Nickelback and let people enjoy mediocre music like you enjoy your mediocre films ✌🏻
But on a real note about fish one gallon is NOT ENOUGH and you need to wait a MONTH at a minimum before introducing fish to the water. Otherwise their bodies will die trying to balance out the water and all the shit that needs to be in it for life to live. Fish are a big responsibilities, have memories, emotions, and need to be researched. The things listed are the bare minimum and a very vague outline of what you need to do. Take care of the living ones if there are any, they're living creatures and you are responsible for their care. You're their world.
