I've already heard of the expression "water cooler conversation", however, I relate way more to the photocopier version. There are some things that are very nostalgic, as the pencil sharpner (because reminds of my school years), and the fax machine, which reminds me of my childhood, I would see it at every workplace and some homes as well. Thanks for the excellent class, Mr. Bob!
0:07 It doesn't seem odd, not at all. It rather looks like my dream office - a comfortable chair, good lighting, fresh air, a smiling boss. 😎 Thanks Bob! 👍
Many farmers will say the cab of their tractor is their office. Some even have computers so they can watch videos while driving! (Most tractors have auto-steer now so it's not as dangerous as it sounds.) 🙂🚲🐈
When I visit the accounting office and see huge mountains of paper and all these crazy printers, I always remember our good intention to use less paper, which was very popular in the 90s. We were so naive!

Bob teacher's English is easy to hear for me. In Japan, English sounds different because when I was a junior high school student, I learn English with wired pronunciation. I recently noticed that if I imitate your correct pronunciation, I am able to hear English.

Is it right that the right answer for how do you do is to reply with the same sentence?
I appreciate your time in teaching us these grateful lessons.
"How do you do?"
"I'm fine, thanks. How are you?"
That is correct. Good luck studying!
Thanks for improving my vocabulary, Bob 👍

Armrests are not mandatory to call it an office chair.
But it should be adjustable for a minimum of ergonomics.
