Si belle talaga yung speaker na kahit magsalita ng buong isang oras sarap pakinggan kasi marami kang matututunan at ang life lessons niya is realistic hindi sugar-coated.
When she said she's privileged, I had a goosebumps...It would take tons of humility to say that. I came across many privileged celebrity and non-celebrity who would rather say, I worked hard for where I am instead of admitting the help they received to get where they are now. Belle is so underrated to be honest.
So many lessons to unpack in this interview. Belle is one of the few examples of Modern Parenting. Especially what she shared na she allows her son to wear dresses kasi yun ang gusto niya at this age…not everybody will understand that and for sure may mga mag bbash sa kanya diyan na makaluma mag isip. Walang konsepto ang mga bata ng kung ano ang dapat pang babae lang o pang lalaki lang. Para sa kanila that is expression. Whichever form they express themselves, it is the job of parents to support and guide - not dictate. Thanks Belle for sharing these insights!
Actually more importantly, there is no 'pang lalaki and pang babae'. They are just clothes; literally pieces of fabric that cover you. This idea that it is important to draw distinctions between male and female anything is truly one of the most toxic colonial/religious ideas. precolonial Filipinos never thought it was important to distinguish between the two, just look at our languages. They have no gender. We don't ascribe nurturing, kindness, toughness, or strength to one or the other because we understand that men women and other genders CAN BE ALL things. There is no 'proper' man or 'proper' woman. It's just utter nonsense.
@@raemflores Not sure what you meant by "proper" man and woman, but to deny the importance of distinctions between male and female is like living in a fantasy world, completely detached from reality. Yes, there is panglalaki at pambabae. Yes, clothes are just pieces of fabrics but we all know that they are part of our basic needs, and women require more clothes than men for an obvious reason of course, or shall we also deny the existence of women's breasts? Distinction between male and female is very much required in this world, like in the medical field for example. Even our body's water requirement relies on our gender. The importance of these distinctions between male and female is not just a colonial/religious idea, they are FACTS proven and required by science. We don't have our own version of pronouns but our dialects certainly have gender distinction, we have "ate, kuya, tiyo, tiya" just to name a few. To deny FACTS by a mere opinion is utter nonsense, and very much toxic.
Yes po, walang konsepto ang mga bata kung ano ang dapat pambabae at panlalaki, almost everything to them ay laruan. That is why very important ang role ng mga parents because they are their first teachers. Teaching is completely different from dictating. We can teach them kung alin ang panlalaki at pambabae, kung alin ang laruan at hindi, but not to really force them to do things that will eventually give them trauma.
@@zekeniah4260 I’m not talking about biological differences. That’s obvious. Women give birth. Have periods. Have larger breast tissue to feed children. That’s not what I’m disputing. Nakakaamazed talaga when Belle talks. Like lahat ng speech nya pinapanood ko kasi I was like hypnotized na kapag nagstart na sya magsalita need mo pakinggan. She’s so good, and I love watching her speeches sa mga weddings ng friends nya. 😊

Love Belle’s parenting style! Very bihira na but crucial sa development or growth ng babies niya, which traditional parents or people before failed to do before. She’s so eloquent and wise, and love how she carries herself. Grabe hopefully all the mothers / parents learn to relate to her and manifest in their own families. Thanks, Toni Talks!

After BBM this my second favorite interview of Toni talk. Very natural people like belle. And I meet your mother at mcs Tower she is very nice! Together with seniora because she is our neighbor at the tower. They are good people. Treating good the Yaya! At napag kamalan pa akung Yaya ng anak ko hahaha but its funny!😁

Thanks Toni for sharing this talk with Ms.Belle got so many wisdoms from her and of course from you as well.. i love how Belle talks about self confidence and putting self esteem from her Mom. I am a guilty control freak to my 11 y.old daughter especially how she dresses but seeing this 😢made me realize that if I want to her to have that confidence then let her. Hi! Ms.Tony, salamat sa pag-interview mo kay Ms. Belle, dami ko natutunan about relationships with your friends, family,sa anak even sa yaya and how to respect other people as well..salamat..Godbless you..
Lots of wisdom here! I agree 💯 about letting the children express themselves freely. I am a happily married gay man, and growing up was extremely confusing for me because I did not know where to fit in. Having parents who understand and provide the needs of a child, be it emotional or spiritual, is crucial to the child’s development, health, and life. Bravo Belle and Toni! ❤❤❤
I like Belle so much, intelligent at may class. You will see how she raised. I like the way she talks. She put her words. Well mannered lady like Toni G.

I really love Isabelle Daza. THank you for guesting her. She's an inspiration.
As a teacher this kind of parenting is what we always suggest and share to our dear parents. Especially children with special needs they really need high patience and a lot of understanding.. bihira na ang ganitong parenting nowadays.
