Hearing the story of the bully Blake infuriates me. No one spoke up for that poor kid after getting beaten and said what happened. Blake could’ve hopefully been arrested and his brother wouldn’t have had to take justice into his own hands. Then Blake’s parents wanting to sue, people are the real monsters.
I don’t usually get overly emotional or sad during these but I cried like I just watched Bambi’s mom get shot as a kid. Absolutely bawling. That was horrible, and I genuinely hope they either sued the owners or even just chewed them out.

I really wish the owners had gone to jail and the dogs had just been put to sleep, but in the case of what happened, I really cannot blame the father in the slightest for killing them and I just wish the owners had to do time for their part in all this. I'm sure the absolute rage and sorrow of losing a child in such a truly brutal way is beyond anything I could ever imagine. I really hope the family got counseling and were able to move forward, though I know that's something you never forget. That story made me cry.

Some days he’d put me in tears and the bullying wasn’t left for just the bus; hallways were fair game, too. After graduation, there’s been a terrible accident. ‘’Blake’’ was thrown thru the windshield and ended up a cripple with the mind of a child. God forgive me but the last thing I felt was sympathy..

The story with Blake has me with mixed feelings. As a parent, I feel awful for both families. As a person who dealt with issues of bullying as a younger man, call me wat you will, while I feel pain for his parents, I feel no sympathy for Blake himself. I've also come to learn as I've grown up that the universe can and will even out at times. I grew up in a small town and was bullied by an asshole in middle school. In high school, we luckily went to different schools. Years after we had both graduated we both still lived in our same small town. One night, the news flew through town that he and a friend were driving 100+ MPH being chased by one of the town cops through town. The were going through a turn and went off the road, hitting a tree. The tree completely sheared the car onto two halves. When the EMTs showed up, they hed to basically scoop this kid's brains off the road. I'll be honest, call me a horrible person, knowing what he did to me and countless others, an asshole behavior that he continued towards others till that day, I felt no remorse for him. They have since cut that tree down in my town. I drive by it everytime I bringy son to school, the same one where this story started. I flip that tree off everytime.

It sounds like someone took several cases of Munchausen by proxy cases and made up a semi-believable story of their own. Its an incredibly rare sort of evil so if it was this famous it would show up almost instantly if you googled it. Sorry to crush your dreams but there are some real cases you can read up on if you're interested in that sort of thing
The one about Luke and the one after about the immigrant parents being shot and both the parents eventually dying made me so sad. Life can be a gift and it can be bright and beautiful but it's so often hard and scarring and painful

As for story 2 sometimes running away truly is your only option, I have had my own experiences and heard stories from others whom tried to reach out about home abuse but it gets ignored and as a kid you don't know how to handle everyone being against you

As a teacher I must say the teachers, the principal, every adult should have been aware-they shouldn’t wait for a scared child to speak up. Pay attention!!!! And teach children socia emotional and behavior skills!

I always tell myself never bully people because I don't know them, where they came from, or how dangerous they can be that I'm no 1 on their hit list.
