Just made this pizza and I really liked it Bought hot honey specially to try out for this recipe. Will be trying it on my personal favorite italian pizza which has the same base as yours, but in stead of pancetta and ricotta, I use mortadella and add a small full ball of burrata after it comes out of the oven. Pretty sure that will go well with the hot honey too.
