Something that I've noticed in No Squads Rec: Whenever you get an early lead AND make people quit, your teammates take the opportunity to front run. They stop playing defense and start chucking the ball on offense. This happens 90% of the time. Usually leads to losing the lead in the 3rd Q, and now they wanna scramble to right the ship. Game, more often than not, ends up as a loss. Hurts my head every time I see it happen.

I got a lil rec story to ease your pain. Aii so we up 3 wit 30 seconds left. A random goes for a dunk wit 3 mfd in the paint. He then misses the dunk (who whoulda thought) then hangs on the rim so long that they give other team a technical freethrow. AS THE OTHER TEAM HITS A THREE THAT WOULD'VE ONLY TIED THE GAME. We would go on to lose the game. Shout out to the trash rec randoms. I hate them mfs bruh.

my biggest pet peeve is the panic kids have to touch the ball and score......everyone is just running wild corners cutting, wings cutting....EVERYONE panic cutting looking for the easy bucket instead of creating their own shot....also on the break everyone dips lol at somepoint you shouldve got on the mic and told him "let me get him"

I feel you're pain, its a miracle that I'm a positive WP% considering I play with randoms alone. But one thing I would say is that you playing as a guard should score a bit more
same, I have a 71 w% with this randoms, cause I can judge them based on their performance color or rep level. I'm starter 1, so I never play with randoms who are casual, or hooper unless they're starter 1 and up. High rep means someone is winning.

I only play no squad rec at pg and I dominate by finding the hot hand first. U get takeover quicker with assists. U need to know who has the best match up on the team. I just blew 2 teams out with purple and gold ratings and I had all blacks on my team excluding me. My Small forward dropped 58 points and I started getting hot and pitched in 22 as time went on. I love exploiting weaknesses in the other team and using my teammates to do my dirty work. Makes my job easier. Anytime I get jammed up r1 square and it was bucket cause it was his man mainly trying to press me.
Don't worry last night I had a game where the pg and pf got mad at each other for ball haging so they started to pass the back to each other all game and got delay of games tell we lost 70 to 35 lol

Definitely a struggle playing with bad Rec randoms. You did contribute with 3 early turnovers, and yes, the center played horrible offense, but it be like that when your teammates cant knock-down open shots.(it only takes one bad teammate) Also why is the center being blamed for bad perimeter defense 😂. Guards gotta learn to stay in front of their match ups. Overall, yall was good until them AI's got on yall like a Walmart supervisor 😂 PF was the weak link.

Me and my boy be tryna run together and end up running against a full squad who plays zone and is communicating the whole game and still barely beat us. 0 respect for teams start the game in 2-3 zone, like I get it if you adjust because man defense ain’t working but damn .

playing against AI is hard as hell to break down but easy when you know you have to set a screen the AI will get confused and end up switching every time and running to the wrong guy someone will be open every single time

The PF wasn't covering his man. He was playing for the drive and the rebound. After the first 2 3's went in, he should have played him for the 3 and let the Center patrol the paint. The Center got frustrated because he wasn't getting the dunk animations and his interior shots to fall. he wanted to keep trying and your team stopped passing him the ball, so he just started camping in the paint and was willing to eat whatever turnovers he got. REC Randoms be like that. I had a guy take 25 shots in the first two quarters last night with no one else on the team over 5. Then complain in the second half when he got froze out and we still won. The other day, I saw a guy take so many bad shots at the beginning of the game that he had an F at the end of the 1st quarter and the game graded him out.
I mean at least you didn't have to deal with what i just had to go through. Im a 7'1 Center that shoots 61% from 3 but my teammates refused to pass to me when i was open and if they did accidentally pass to me theyd all just run either right to the paint or right to the side of the court i was on. I just played a game where I lost to 3 AI! because my team was terrible nobody could shoot and the centre didn't want to set ANY screens, I'm a secondary ball handler SG so in the third and 4th Q I just started hogging the ball I went 15/20 and we lost by 4 points in the last 2 plays I gave my centre a layup in the pick and roll he missed and my SG missed a wide open 3 with shooting badge. I then had my PF and PG complaining I'm greedy whilst the PG had 0 points 0/6 and the PF 4 points 2/9.....I also had the most assists on my team
So one…. AIs are wayyyyyy better at defense. The only thing I could say to do is hop on the mic and start telling people what they need to do to be successful. You’d be surprised how many games ive been in that have turned around like that.

Wen it’s a 5v2. Even in a 5v5 it’s not jus man to man. There has to be help n defensive rotations. There’s times you jus stood there close by and watched him shoot. Sometimes you don’t gotta commit fully jus show like you’re there. You’re jus not there on the only two real players. That’s my biggest pet peeve about 2k. People don’t really get how the game of basketball is played. Jus talk about stats and oh I did this and that. But y’all lost as a team.

@@alex15484 It honestly depends. They've improved the AI enough to be competitive, but not as overpowered. The AI would still brick wide-open shots every so often.
@@DamnWhoAsked bro I play as a big and most times when I get a bot and I got try and double them mfs miss 1 or 2 then it’s automatic greens after that, can’t speak for any other position but at the 4 or 5 they will light you up if you leave them open.

Wen it’s a 5v2. Even in a 5v5 it’s not jus man to man. There has to be help n defensive rotations. There’s times you jus stood there close by and watched him shoot. Sometimes you don’t gotta commit fully jus show like you’re there. You’re jus not there on the only two real players. That’s my biggest pet peeve about 2k. People don’t really get how the game of basketball is played. Jus talk about stats and oh I did this and that. But y’all lost as a team.
