It takes patience to do so. I already have a rank 22 resistance account and learned how I should be managing my account. I only bought starter, advance, quick start and providence packs last year when I started the account so I had a lot of credits and gold to work with. I also followed quest upgrades to get a portion of the costs back and also get some personal warpoints to open cases without actually playing. I only play when I no longer have credits and the workshop is about to stop.

The starting packs does help but it's not really enough to max out. If you see the horrors of how expensive it is in the higher ranks 😂
