They started learning the choreo at the very last day of April. As we can see in here they continually made a lot of changes in the choreo so they probably got the final version at June already and the album was released at July 01. That's a very short amount of time to rehearse specially considering that there are 3 other songs with choreos too on top of many more activities, and yet STAYC are always performing it so well like they've been practicing it for years already.
This is the most creative dance moves I've seen in a long time. I don't even remember when i saw something like this better than this. Stayc girlies give this teacher some extra cash bcuz she totally deserve it ❤️

They were actively posting on bubble and weverse about them rehearsing for this comeback and I remember them still posting regularly even at 12 to 3am. There may be a 1 year gap between TEENFRESH and Metamorphic but a lot of preparations for this comeback was rushed by High Up and they fitted a lot of it in just two months, they really worked the girls to the bone for this and I don't even know how they can survive a schedule like this. If it's me I'll be sick already.
