- The ...But They Don't podcast is for teens by teens. It is produced, recorded, and created by the Pickens County Youth Board. PCYB is housed within Behavioral Health Services of Pickens County in South Carolina and has been in existence for 35 years. The podcast is 2 years old and we've reached over 2,700 downloads in that time. 10 of our 70 episodes have covered the dangers of fentanyl and xylazine with 4 new episodes coming soon. This video shows the story of how we started our podcast.
