TLDR: She’s OP as hell
Emma Frost made her see illusions and read her mind during an X-Men run in 2014. So we can't say she's completely immune to telepaths. Also Fun Fact: She used to have tentacle powers at one point.
In the movies they removed her telepathy immunity and Charles also got in her head a few times in the movies. The tentacle powers are part of her shapeshifting abilities too.
Her strength level maxes out at slightly above human, but she's not as strong as Wolverine or Sabertooth, and her tossing Sabertooth was a result of her martial arts skill.

Those scales on her skin can harden when she turned into a statue, or then can soften when she turns them into fabric. And maybe she is shedding her skin when she takes off a piece of clothing. Her cells will just regenerate when she shape shift.
i think super intelligence or at the least, super awareness should be on here, she's been known to be very aware of her surroundings almost at a wolverine level but she also has a vast understanding of body language, even minute movements and facial twitches. this alone in my opinion is worthy of this list but she also has a ridiculous internal awareness and connection with her own body, she likely is one of those characters like "Lucy" but probably not to that extent just similar in that she likely has more access to all parts of her brain and body in correlation to that theory

Well, X-23 (Wolverine's female clone) was able to know who Mystique was under one of her disguises after Mystique got the ability to change her scent, but to my knowledge I don't know what that was or whether it's been stated in any comic since I heard of it, so if anyone knows how X-23 did such a thing I would like to know.
Mystique is my favorite character . She is not evil , she just stands for what she think is right .
