Also, there are more games, and all of them connect to the original 9 of this collection. Also, each game/collection has missable achievements that add to the universe and the story.
Can’t wait until you get to games like Rusty Lake Roots or Rusty Lake paradise. As you get further into the series, you will see just how insane the timeline of events really is. There are 11 standalone games in the series, plus the 9 in this collection for a total of 20 games in the series, plus a short film that relates to one game’s second half and 2 ARGs for two different games’ secret achievements and endings.
Also, Rusty Lake is both the studio and the series.
And as a final addendum, all of the games in this collection were originally flash games released on Kongregate back in the day.

The first couple Cube Escape games are definitely a bit janky at times, but there are some real gems later on once the developers have figured out the formula. I especially recommend Rusty Lake Roots, Rusty Lake Paradise and Cube Escape Paradox

seeing as you're doing some point-and-click puzzle games now, I highly recommend the work of Mateusz Skutnik, especially the Submachine series. One of my all-time favorite point-and-click puzzle game makers

One of my favourite game series, hope to see you play them all.
I think the dev put out an "recommended play order" list somewhere if you get confused which to play next, which i think is mostly, if not fully, in release order.
There are some secrets that are even needed for achievements in some of them, which require codes from previous games, or even future ones if i am not mistaken, I don't expect you to get 100% without a guide, but just playing through the games' main puzzles and getting that lore is super worth

Rusty Lake is such an interesting series. You will be finding yourself returning to previous games to solve meta puzzles in future games, and past games as well.
The series was well thought out since Early Games have alternate solutions that future games hint to, such as a second combination for the safe in the nightstand.
And savingg Harvey from being killed is extremely important for the overall story.

I am so happy to see Tyler playing these games, and I really hope we get a series out of them (especially with the newest release, Underground Blossom). My siblings and I love them, and we always have fun playing them again even after knowing the puzzle solutions. Also, who else named the fuzzy void man here? We named him Jeremy, and that's been his name in our heads ever since.

I remember I played either this or another one of their games online in my aunt's house (just give him computer so he is not bored kindof situation). And one scene really stuck out to me and made me scared probably years after
tyler is the type of person to be the person that says ''hold on give me a sec'' when someone is at the door, and it would take a few hours cause he turned every room in his house into a escape room game

Oh man, have you ever played MoTaS (Mystery of Time and Space)? It's an absurd point-n-click flash puzzle game much like this with a mystery/scifi theme, and I think you'll love it. It's one of only a dozen or so flash games that I can still readily name as being memorable.

I love those old adventure games.
I have one recomendation - game named "Still There". I am not sure if it will be great fit for you. But it is deduction game that I really loved. It has like 5 hours of game time but is also story based. Game is about deducting how to operate different machines only with non descriptive manual in a remote space station.

i hope to see Tyler playing the Submachine series, too! I practically grew up playing those.
Make sure to play them in release date order! That means sometimes taking a break from the collection to do Hotel/Roots/Paradise accordingly! The lore won't make as much sense otherwise.
