There might well be feelings. But nobody has any need to be in the closet in the NWSL, Megan Rapinoe, hello? Wake up. Tobin is many things, but declaring her a coward is insane. If Tobin wanted to be in love and get married there would be a very brief press release and she would just do it. Confronted by Ice Giants, the Tobin Heath reaction would be, 'Hey, anybody seen this Thor guy, and think he would let me borrow a hammer?".
Tobin has always been a very private person, same with Christen. Coming out is a personal choice, i wouldn't declare Kelly to be a coward either yet she only came out this summer. Also you clearly don't see the hate on Megan regarding her sexuality if you think it's totally fine.

The Washington Spirit co-owner is homophobic to a point that Ashlyn and Ali left. It's also just about the media and the fans, America isn't as tolerant as people think.
