MAD RESPECT FOR THIS BUILD! Imagine an OEM build like this. You'd chop lambo's left and right in a 6 pot sedan and leave their jaw on the floor! I'm in love with this.
You are doing the right thing there, this is amazing. When I had the FG XR6T the main things it missed were great brakes and AWD - you've solved those two things... Look forward to seeing how this all goes over time
I think I've watched this video along with your 0-100 pull vid and they Dyno vid of this car a solid 10 times each! Please big Pauly if you're reading this mate, can you give us some content on the undercarriage! Will this setup have to change for someone running a TR6060 Transmission at all?
Everyone wanting the AWD kit forgetting they're going to need a gearbox rebuild and full driveline upgrade to make this reliably work with the extra torque. Upwards of $20k at the very least if this ever hits the market. Damn cool project though
Basically an Australian 1st gen Bugatti Veyron with those figures. 0-100 under 3 seconds ✅ 1,000hp ✅ Leather seats ✅ $70,000 tyre replacement ❌ Well then, it's even better!
Just amazing workmanship 👍👍👍 Having been a brake tester for pbr I was always impressed with how these falcons drive . And after years working as a mechanic , I've finally bought one and looking forward to modifying mine . Congrats on building what is a one of a kind Aussie supercar , and a reliable one at that 😁👍😁👍😁👍 . So impressed , good on you !!!!!
Hey Paul. I still remember the ride in this after Capital All Ford Day in 2018 or 19. Awesome car and sounds like some great upgrades coming. You’ll have to bring it to Capital All Ford day in October this year. JC
I would love to JC, thanks for coming along for the ride! Trust this time the Haltech Elite Pro will help improve the overall experience! Hope to see you soon!
Hey, it's looks like the Falcons are as popular as ever and interest in the AWD conversion is continuing so likely to start converting FG Falcon Barras in Sydney, at least initially. Keep in touch!
This is a very fast car, changed my mind on Luxury Australian Sports cars. This eats euro Supercars for breakfast. Too fast for me to handle but in the right hands would put a smile on anyone’s face. This things Pulls like a 16 year old. Quality build and hundreds of hours of quality Engineering. People would kiss your arse to have one of these. If you love Australian cars, love to get snapped back and have some spare money, hit Paul up for a kit estimation and quotation. You won’t get this on the street, no one smart enough
Would love to know how you went about the AWD conversion in more detail, and also why you decided not to utilise AWD territory parts as on face value it seems like a logical concept
Notax 1 is on the money. Sharing is caring. Brocky used a similar development/ production model and look what his cars are worth now. Numbered production turbo Xrs etc hmmmm. Youve done the leg work nows time to get into production. My emperor red Fg is in the cue. Time to talk to the bank and investors and make some loot. Next level now bro.
Ahh, yes lest we forget the legend of Peter Brock! He was a committed individual with many achievements and became a household name, couple that with marketing budgets of the day and improved vehicle engineering, what a formula!
Yep and times at the drags and then at least say 1KW of power then you have a real quick FG, which should do 7's for sure if you have the right combo and power to weight and ratios as well?
I wanna have a guess at how you did this. my best guess from the videos is the transfer case is from a bmw x3 because it uses the same ZF slush box, and the front diff from the x3 or gtr. for the knuckles because you've used the mustang brake kit its probably more likely from an r33-34 than the x3 or even a territory. and if thats right you probably uses the gtr driveshafts and axles which is why it looks like you wheelbase might've changed a tad? would love a reply to see how close i am
So it needs a custom sump to run without effecting ride height? Silly question probably but do you just use the territory front wheel assemblies to hook up the drive arms?
How much money do you have to spend? Or how handy are you with making custom parts that are up to the standard required (engineer would be happy to sign off on it)
An AWD FG kit would sell like crazy I reckon.
I’d buy 3
Awd turbo Ute would be sick I would buy the kit
I'd buy one in a heart beat.
Ford territory running gear
@@nukkurbusiness8806 Did you watch the video? It's not Ford Territory running gear...
I reckon this needs a full fullboost feature video 😍😍😍
or a turbotristan feature
100% needs a full boost feature video good call mate !
MAD RESPECT FOR THIS BUILD!

I'm in love with this.
All that Barra torque and power through all 4 tyres... acceleration MONSTER 😍
Ross Reviews would love this car
Hey mate, love this idea. I am sure many have dreamed about this but to see somebody actually do it is awesome.
Have been waiting for more vids on this for years!
Yes it's been over two years, appreciate your patience mate.
You are doing the right thing there, this is amazing. When I had the FG XR6T the main things it missed were great brakes and AWD - you've solved those two things... Look forward to seeing how this all goes over time
Yes, but I want to know how he made the rears 350mm. I want this to my FGX XR8
This is a true sleeper , also a top bloke , keep us updated !
This is so amazing Paul! Need to feature your beast when I’m up in Sydney🔥👌🏻
Love your videos Clay, may have to organise a catch up
Love the new vid. That acceleration run still makes me shake my head in disbelief- Falcons aren’t meant to hook up and launch like that!
Totally agree. It would have been easier and convenient for all if only Ford had produced an AWD Falcon, and not just the AWD Territory.
You and Josh need to have a run, he's wagon is an absolute weapon.
Awesome!! Barra the world!! 👍🏼😊😎
I looked up this channel last week. Was hoping there would be an update; there you go!
It's good to see you checked it out!
Paul this would have to be the coolest G6 on the road. Bloddy fantastic.

This is going to be the next big thing I feel!
One of the most special modern falcons on the road, good work
Man this is awesome I can only dream of AWD converting my ED hahaha keen to see the acceleration with more power!
When is a kit for this coming out? Read somewhere you were working on one
Glad to see another video of this car. Good work mate
This thing's 0-100 would be impressive!
Mate you need an instagram page or Facebook to keep everyone up to date with this piece of art!!
I would love to see a vid/series on how you converted the falcon to awd

@@paulellis7613 what happened with a kit??????
That sir is engineering at its greatest 👍
There was a xd awd in mackey qld, about 10 years ago. I forgot about that car till this video. mad car mate and what ya done looks clean as :)
Any updates on this build, blown away by how fast this thing is. Great work mate!
I've waited a few years for this :)
Sorry about the wait and thanks for your patience! :)
AWD and Barra Turbo was factory available on Territory. Territory also received a raised air ram pressed into bonnet. Something Falcon never received.
That “air ram” is the intercooler
Sensational!! You sir are a genius!! 👌
Ayee!!! Was wondering when another vid would be released! Good stuff!
Great vid. Would love to see it in person some time as I've got an idea for a dream build based on a similar idea
Awesome build not sure why ford didn’t bring them out as an option from factory. 0-100 in 3 seconds isn’t a bad street car haha. I want it.
Game changer!
Looks great mate, lots of good work in there.
Any more info or a video on the wagon?
Its been 3 years. I really want to build a awd ute. If the kit ever gets released ill definitely be getting one
Would you consider doing the awd conversion for customers?
Same... would be keen to have this done....contact details can be found in the brake kit Ad I think
Book everyone in what a bloody machine
Same!!!! But ute
Book me in also
Hey, it's looks like the Falcons are as popular as ever and interest in the AWD conversion is continuing so likely to start converting FG Falcon Barras in Sydney, at least initially. Keep in touch!
Awesome. Does your mate have a build vlog of the wagon? I got three Terry's and a falcon ute. Would love to go AWD with the ute ay.
Any updates? Do you still own it?
I understand if you don't want to share but I'd be curious what the AWD conversion cost. I've owned a G6ET for 8 years now. Great cars.

Awesome build!! How much was the build cost for the AWD set up?
been waiting for another vid of this beast!!
awesome short informative video, i can see this channel is gunna be pretty popular
I would like this AWD system on my FGX XR8 Manual. Can we do something to make this happen?
Excellent AWD FG
Waiting for the day I can kit mine like this monster, make it happen Paul!
Awesome piece of engineering! So front diff is bolted to 1 side of the sump with one driveshaft going through the sump??
That is correct, similar to for example the R32-R34 GTR Skylines.
Subscribed for updates when we can buy this 😂🤣
Love this
Would love to know how you went about the AWD conversion in more detail, and also why you decided not to utilise AWD territory parts as on face value it seems like a logical concept
I'd love to do this to mine one day. Do you have any socials I can follow to see more of it?
Interesting and very cool. 👍👍
I meet the fella on far left at 1.58 in ya vid and told me about ya car using bmw parts to make your car …. Awsum fella (from sa)
Love this car! sick!
Please give us more info on this amazing machine!
Did you modify the awd sump/diff to fit the barra? or weld the axle and diff assembly into the barra pan? really curious which way you went about it
Awesome. Interesting project - need more builds like this.
Can you make a video of how you did the front diff please.
Any links to info on how you the car was made?
Well done on the car so far
@fullboost interview needed!
Been wondering wat was happening with the car
Paul where can i read more about this, I would love to do this myself.
Paul! any new updates on this weapon? Hope all is well🍻🍻🍻
Thats awesome mate, im getting a set of the cro-molly brakes for the Mustang brake swap, know where any cheap mustang brakes are😁⁉️
Awesome!
Any updates for a kit yet on the AWD system? I want one....
Bring the noise. 👌🏼
HOLLY SHIIIIT.....!!!!!!
Most excellent
The link for the brake upgrade doesn’t work unfortunately. Can anyone help me with finishing finding the brake upgrade?
Cheers from the US. Would you mind sharing what rear end, front diff and transfer case you used for your set up ?
Can we see it on a hoist?
lot of effort for the falcon.from a roll it would still get embarresd hard.buy the king 6.
Been waiting since 2018
Are you selling a kit
It's an epic idea
Sub 3 sec 0 to 100 is beautiful
hey mate is the transfer case from another car or a custom piece thanks
The fact this is awd is mad i wish someone made the components needed
Working on that one mate! Interest seems to be there to roll out some AWD FG conversion in Sydney to start with. Cheers
@@paulellis7613 yeah it seems like an awesome idea can never have too much traction
Hi mate i got a xr6T myself and very keen to know more about this system do you think we can meet if thats ok?

Did you end up making kits
Awesome stuff
So much want right now
Are you still selling the brake kits ?
Yep and times at the drags and then at least say 1KW of power then you have a real quick FG, which should do 7's for sure if you have the right combo and power to weight and ratios as well?
What ever happened to this brilliant idea paul
I need this 4wd set up. Please make a kit for the people to purchase. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I think I need to see this from the start. Can I have the link please?
Very clever..
Can it be done with a manual box?
I want to import one of these to the 🇺🇸.
can you get awd kits now?
Any updates?
So it needs a custom sump to run without effecting ride height? Silly question probably but do you just use the territory front wheel assemblies to hook up the drive arms?
No he doesn't, i doubt he would tell anyone as he might be upgrading 2wd to 4wd fg fords.
Where do I sign?
Would do this in my FG ute..
Do you think it'll be possible to awd the tr6060? Or only the zf?
I'm sure anything is possible. It's more involved though.
How much money do you have to spend?
Or how handy are you with making custom parts that are up to the standard required (engineer would be happy to sign off on it)
