Oh they *do* spawn in public servers, I have experience shadow man *twice* in campus 2, and blue dress girl *once* in campus1, believe me, they do spawn in public servers! 😃
The campus 2-1 is still out even tho campus 3 is out, none of the “old royal realms” have transferred to campus 3, there is a teleportation to go to the old “royal world” that we had before the new school was out so we can still troll as them and do searching for them!!!
