Well, one of the most valuable and green areas in Istanbul is Zekeriyakoy. You can find many wonderful villas and the fact that the black sea is 15 minutes away is a huge plus. With the supply shortage of construction materials making things harder to finance, next year will be more challenging to buy a property. I believe that through the first quarter of 2022 we will be seeing an almost stable economy regarding the opportunities of buying a property.

Very significant to Istanbul... Let's hope this project comes to life! Guys can I ask you a question, do you have any information about the Uskudar-Harem "nostaljik tramvay" project along the Uskudar shoreline? Is that confirmed? Does it have any recent updates?

This area will bring in sooo much local tourism. It would be smart to open up a lot of small stores, and restaurants around the park as people will want to purchase food, maybe do a bit of shopping and rent activity gear for their day at the massive green park. It would also heighten quality of life in general and provide some relief to the busy people of Istanbul. This NEEDS to happen. It would also be one of the most iconic projects Erdogan does...it would be a nice thing he leaves behind in his memory I suppose. Every leader usually likes to leave on a bang and this would be his greatest achievement for a city which seems to be a little tired of his policies in general lol

This would be huge for Turkey because i have seen videos that state Istanbul is one of if not the least green cities in the world, and all of the great cities are going green with large parks and corridoors, so Istanbul, being one of the great world cities should make this park a priority; this would also lead to investors all over the world wanting to build by such a huge park. A park of this size, in a city of this pedigree, will quickly become one of the hottest real estate properties and also one of the world most notorious parks soon as it is built!!! If you want to make money then rebuild many neighboorhoods around the park with many areas haveing far taller buildings and than take a 3rd of the park (because it would still be huge) and also build far taller buildings.

Hi guys) keep watching your videos non stop :) Mr. Cameron 100 likes!
Apart from that, you have many videos where you compare properties within Istanbul or south beach’s like bodrum vs Antalya vs Fethiye etc. but for an investor who is after a good yield, it doesn’t matter if he buys in Istanbul or in south & west coast areas since we won’t leave in this areas. So, can you discuss comparison of yield in Istanbul vs other cities or touristic areas. Like Antalya vs Istanbul purely from but to let yield perspectives? also, you never compare Istanbul vs Ankara or Izmir. Again, for an international investor, he doesn’t care where exactly the place should be as far as return / yield is good. For instance, average sq.m price to buy in Ankara is way lower than Istanbul and even in Izmir, but price to rent isn’t of so much difference, which would mean higher yields. So, how does it stand there?
I am surprised so few people watch your videos. Should be around 1 million watches! Anyway, good luck!

Istanbul has only 2% of its area for green spaces. One of the lowest of the major cities around the world
