no. a cheeseteak is SPECIFICALLY not a burger. extremely different (hint: its not just swapping buns and meat). but props to the cook for great preparation of ingredients. well done. edit: for those who may not understand an accurate name for what you just witnessed is a STEAK BURGER WITH CHEESE.
