SBI is at least partially the scapegoat. They aren't really good, as far as I can tell from their way of forcing DEI into games. But! At the end of the day they are just consultants. They don't make the games. They don't make decisions. Those game developers and publishers are the one responsible.
Ok, as shit as Sweet Baby Inc is, the failure of Suicide Squad had fuck all to do with them. Rocksteady tried to do something they were not used to doing, in a genre that is already over-saturated with hero shooters, using an IP that just did not fit the genre. Rocksteady are fully accountable for that fuck up.
