Hey Kristen it was nice meeting you Saturday night at Orlando Informer! Thank you for taking the time to chat with me and take a picture, and yes that Fish and Chips at Three Broomsticks was very good!
Appreciate the ability for low wait times and unlimited food. However, calling the food free is misleading since it is incorporated into the cost of admission.
@@Tara321-r3l The Informer meetup events are more $$$ than most of the Disney events (minus Christmas party during that week, as they are about the same.). I don’t call something free if it’s included in the price of admission.
❤❤❤❤❤❤ya KW Thanks for sharing the universal fun. Great to meet LW❤❤ Tell her I’m saying hi.😂😂 as always. Stay safe. Have fun. I’ll catch you next time.❤❤❤-Brian G. 🎉🎉
Trying to not Google the name of the hotdog and thinking it's either called a Kong dong or Kong dog is always going to be a mystery to me because it's hilarious 😂 either way.
Your hotdog name makes me laugh. The last time I went to Universal with my cousin, we were sending photos and videos from the Kong ride queue and trying to make my sister guess what ride (she has never been to universal but is going to the last winter meetup with us). She could not figure it out so my cousin said “there is a dong that starts with a k in this ride.” We thought that was the most obvious hint ever. She still couldn’t figure it out! 🤣
How far in advance do they release dates for the Orlando Informer? I feel like it’s not enough in advance for people who don’t live as close (which may be the point of it, and why crowds are so low). In which case, more power to it, love that for the locals. As someone who’s not, was just wondering the typical notification window.
I’m not exactly sure when they release the specific dates but they’re always around the same time. Nov/Dec, Feb/March & June. I see how it may be difficult to plan around but they always usually give a few months notice. If I had to guess dates for the summer meetup will be announced a few weeks before the Feb meetup.
Thank you for sharing your OI visit. I love your OI vlogs and seeing all the fun and food. They are some of my favorite vlogs to watch. I appreciate you showing us the special events. Have a great Thanksgiving with your family! 💜✌️
Hi Kristen, this is Bob from Brits living in Spain. We are coming to Disney and Universal late August early September, is there any meet ups planed for then. Would love to join you guys there 👍👍
@@jeskuo our individual tickets for December were $243 with tax and processing fees. I’m seeing this $400 amount a lot. I don’t get why people don’t sign up for the OI emails and get the early bird prices.
Hello. Can I make a video request? I would like to have a video about the best local deli sandwich locations. I'm jot from a place with a good deli locations.
Yak and yeti has a secret drink menu. At the bar, lift up the Buddha and scan the barcode. There is a s’mores espresso martini. I know it has nothing to do with this video but I wanted to share before I forgot
Secret mission for a Kong Dong 😅 "Don't give it a pronoun" 🤣🤣 These events always look so great and well worth the cost. One of these days...!! Glad your mom and sis got to enjoy, too.
So much good food left behind at Studios darn it....I do understand the night does go fast at these events. I knew exactly why you were getting the Kong Dong lol, it's definitely a classic 😆
tickets costing 250/405 per night.and your promo is 5$$ ... come on sis..... nothing is free.. you pay for the event... come on dont click bait.. i usually like your content
If you add up the ticket you would have had to purchase, the express pass you would have had to purchase, and all the food you eat - you more than make your money back. So for most people, about an hour into the event, the food starts being for “free” because the running total has gone well beyond what you paid. Paging Mr. Morrow and Fudge Factor have done videos about the math. But you can add on your own I’m sure. So come on sis. Get a calculator. And if you sign up for early bird tickets, like anyone can, the ticket prices are way lower.
Not click bait at all. The cost of the ticket is so worth the experience of a practically empty park with walk on rides. The all you can eat food is a bonus! I attended this event in June of last summer for two nights and it’s an incredible way to experience Universal Studios and worth every penny. The Orlando Informer team does an awesome job! If I lived in Orlando I’d attend every OI Meetup. Also Beaver’s math is way off. It’s closer to $225/night if you buy Friday + Saturday (which is the way to go). Damn, I think I just convinced myself to plan another trip to Orlando and take Kristen up in her $5 discount. No complaints here!
@@alexisbk9576absolutely insane take. You dont “make your money back”. Let me do the math on the calculator like you suggested. You give them money to the tune of $400, so thats -400. They give you none back. So still -400, i.e. not free Value is a completely different story. Saying this makes the food free is clickbait - end of story. Matter decided.
They were expressing it feels special being there together being served all this great unlimited food. Stop making it into something else. This is a fantastic channel and she is an genuine as you can get.
Love that you were able to bring your mom & sister!
Kristen you had me crying laughing after that convo with the character and then saying “I have no idea who that was” 😂😂😂
So good that they are working with you. You deserve it
This channel is so fun to watch. I'm so glad my sons and I found it.
This is dream come true lol I would have to bring freezer bags with me to stuff the sweets into lol
Very entertaining. When you're on a roll its soooooo funny

Thanks for bringing us along, Kristen! 💜
So many bad thoughts about the Kong Dong! Love the videos with your family!
Long live the Kong Dong!
I just got my ticket to the 2/28 meetup!!!! Hopefully I’ll see you there!!

It's not free food at Disney for their after hours events so that's why she's saying it.

Can we take a moment to appreciate Kristen's interaction with the Churro character?! That was so good!
Hahaah I’m glad someone noticed! I’ve come a long way
Nate is funny, but he always says something funny, like his "mauwins". Love both you guys.
Going on Forbidden Journey anytime is nuts but after a meal is CRAZY. Your mom and sister must have steel stomachs!
It’s really not that bad..
I can’t go on Forbidden Journey at all 😅 they’re built different!
How much were tickets to this event 🤔
Looks like Fridays and Saturdays in November is $398!! Dang!
Love OI Meetups, it is the only way we go to Universal! Can I just say your sister is amazing walking in the background behind you as a dinosaur! 😂
Cinnamon sugar pretzels from the "Kong Dong" stand.. LMAO. Epic!
