Florida Soil has lime, salt and sediments that cause premature damage to our home pipes, But we are thankful for Homeowners Insurance...Nice upload as always Lisa...HUGS

We just had our home built. The only regrets I have are the upgrades I DIDNT get. For example, a sink in the garage. For $700, I should’ve done it. I upgraded to tile throughout. Good move. I extended lanai. Good move. I did not upgrade to glass in entry door. After I moved in, I went to Home Depot and chose a hurricane impact rated glass insert and had it installed for about $3,000, which was cheaper than upgrading. I also upgraded from granite to quartz. I upgraded to hurricane impact windows. Expensive, but I don’t have to worry about putting shutters up. I got shower bench and upgraded to up to ceiling tiles in both bathrooms. I don’t regret any upgrades I did.

Fencing the back yard is important to us with 2 large young dogs! I know not all new home developments allow fencing but that would be important to us! Thanks for the great video!!

We will probably option out the kitchen since my wife loves to cook. May get one of those big ovens with the grill top. Having the Lani and garage extended is a good idea and pool inserts. Everything you said is great Lisa!

Tankless is awful. I changed from a gas hot water tank and regret it tremendously. It take at least 5 min of hot on full blast to get hot water on upper floor for your sink and shower.

Many national homebuilders are in Lakewood Ranch. I would hope that if we include you as our agent, you would be able to offer your opinion about upgrades, lot choices and which community would be most suitable for the buyer.
