1) Can I add onions? Cuz I like them a lot. (Noticed u didn’t use onion)
2) for me that doesn’t really like pepper that much, can I add BBQ sauce to mine when trying this out? Cuz I noticed you only used pepper sauce.
3) can I achieve same great catfish bbq taste if I grill with my oven and not necessarily using a charcoal grill? Thanks once more for sharing.

1. You can add onions, the taste depends on you, more reasons he said "ask your customers if they want cabbage or not" ...
2. As for the pepper too... U want it pepperish add more, little pepperish too, add little pepper.
3. Personally I haven't tried using the oven before, but I believe you can achieve same result too depending on the heat applied.
