There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . Personally, the financial-market for me seems the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued roughly $457k in gains since Mid 2021 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe!

Yeah a thousand bucks a week, ha! Try surviving on $625 a week weather permitting, with a wife and 3 year old. And I am 40.
I say all of this to say that no matter your position in life now, the choices you make from step to step effect your future. Being 40 and poor is not the end of the world its close, however you can still make something of your self. It really is never to late.
Smarter choices now make a bright future later.

I've tried to show, your show, to others. Like I mentioned in a previous comment please do at least 1 show about an average joe. I know you preach that average isn't ok, but there are lots of people that will make 30k to 50k until they retire. Not only what to do and not what to do. They want to see the actual numbers breakdown. If they're 40 making 35k a year and they are just starting at zero. People want to see if I save 10, 15, 20% at 40,50 starting at nothing what realistic number could I have at retirement if investing in X,Y,Z. They don't want to hear the millions, they want the realistic numbers that may lead to a few hundred thousand. That x2 stuff doesn't resonate with someone just trying to get going with the basics. I haven't watched everything you guys have done, if this exists please send me the link. Thank you.

You can base some calculations on the money you can save by using their wealth multiplier table.
If you work out what you can save, then you can multiply what you can manage to save by the wealth multiplier in the table, e.g. whatever you can save at 40 will be multiplied by 7.34 by the age 65.
Choosing to retire later, e.g. 70, will probably be the best leverage you can apply if you are starting late

You need to understand first that no matter where you are currently....that you need to know EXACTLY your why?
Then from there know your strengths and weaknesses.....
Then once you have those two steps done..
Formulate a strategy/plan that will get you started and on track to accumulating money.
Some important things I got from their talk is the following..
Our actions from now and also part of your step3....should be purposeful and moving towards our Goals (why's) so Learning the Habits of someone who is a wealth builder....
      Conclusion:
Don't worry about what anyone else's life looks like.
Just know what your purpose is, how you will reach your goals and match a behaviour that is suited for wealth building.
      I hope this helps. 🙏

@@lisamuchi8764 Probably the number one thing is live on less than you make. Number two: Always be investing.
I started a 457 account (like a 401k, but for government employees) when I was 22. I began saving $50 a paycheck on a 21k annual salary and as I got raises or promotions I increased that contribution. I purchased an older house at the age of 23 that was a fixer upper for $45k - (when the real estate market was low) and over the years upgraded things as I could. I'm still in the same house today. My home is about $100k of my net worth.
I own two older cars, a 2008 Ford and a 2010 Toyota truck. I've purchased one new car in my life and several used ones that were financed. I realized that financing cars was not helping me move forward financially. My last one, the 2008 Ford was paid in cash about a year ago.
I do use credit cards - over the past 10 years I haven't paid interest charges.
Many years ago I found myself without a TV (and monthly cable costs) and realized thru the world of RUclips that I really wasn't missing much. Nearly all of my entertainment comes from RUclips.
I live a pretty simple life now and don't need all the fancy gadgets or toys.

    • @Chris-kq3ix

It doesn't matter since you're saving indefinitely until you retire. So saving 8.5% of what you make a month, every month over 12 months, would be the same as saving 8.5% of what you make over a year. You save 8.5% of what you make, either way.
And by no means do you have to stick to 8.5%, that's just the average in this example. If you can, by all means, save more.
