Gary Owens, the zany announcer on the 60's/70's comedy-variety show Laugh-In, also the voice of Hanna-Barbera's Space Ghost and Blue Falcon (Dynomutt's master) and also Lt. Dirk Niblick of the Math Brigade cartoon on Square One Television (1986-91, also from CTW, the creators of Sesame Street).
