    I wish I had been able to identify contempt in the beginning of the relationship with my ex. He had made comments multiple times in the very early stages of dating and I just chalked it up to him having a bad day or being stressed. 😢

      If you’re a bible/Jesus believing person, “sins” in the mind hold the same weight as actually doing the thing. I’ve been taking this point seriously lately and it’s been helping my inner man, soul and conscience.
