That was cute when Nikki kept insisting that she, "helped," with the pink problem. You are a fun group of people. Thanks for the playthrough. This is one of the games I think will go over VERY well with my game group.
The end of the game melted my brain trying to work out what SHOULD have happened! Dave accidentally housed an extra dog the round before. I think Lincoln wins…
A good bark or yelp from Dave near the start of the video A nature based tile laying game...im guessing Nikki is really going to like this Dave always makes rules explanation look so easy when it isn't
Love, love, love! I absolutely love games to promote shelter & foster dogs. There are so many in our region, no shelter or foster rescue for hundreds of miles around can even take them in most of the time. It is even worse for cats. :( The idea of throwing a dog away because he's no longer a puppy, or you don't like her personality, or you didn't make plans for him to exercise is so incredibly, terribly sad. Dogs & cats deserve so much better than most of us humans. :(
At 22 mins in. When Dave drew training card for 1st action he already had that pattern on board so should he have scored it straight away before his second action? Ie homed one of the 3 dogs on the right not the dog from the left?
42:19 Nice episode, but sadly the game ended with a big mistake. Nikki does 3 actions instead of just 2 which ended the game early. She picked a pink dog, than a card which got fulfilled and after that as a third action another red dog to fulfill another card (the 7th with triggered the end of the game).
Love how Nikki was totally on point with this game and never let off the gas! Great episode!

We always try a pick games that you'll like.
At 39:02 Dave put two pink dogs up but the card was only for one. You guys crack us all up too BTW!
Doh! Good thing I lost anyway then :)
I wonder how many mistakes we make at our playgroup. Makes you realize that winning is optional, the fun while you play is the important part.
@@belaqcuaGaming Totally agree. For me, the important part is hoping I teach the game correctly. After that, players may feel free to ignore me :)
@@davidarnott6085 For me, you do a great job, I will always come back as long as you keep posting.
Ha ha! Oh no, Nikki accidentally took three actions on her last turn! It happens to the best of us.

@@dave-the-cow Maybe..? He was so set up to really win outright anyway and kinda got unlucky.

All very true!
This game looks easy and fun!

So essentially this is a different variation of Tiny Towns....good playthrough fun game. I like the mechanics of being able to move the dogs.
@boardgamegeek Which of you will be present in Essen next week during Spiel?
Nikki & I will be at SPIEL next week. -Lincoln
@Dave, I get the 11 joke and I laughed! Hope you played Rock Hard because that joke is part of the game.

Maybe? It's hard to make sure you remember those patterns.
