A single inch too long with a prayer, and your out of luck, yet you hold it like a boss. +matt25675 He's flicking. Prayer has a hidden decimal value and if you flick a prayer on and off at the perfect time it only drains 0.01 of a prayer point or something to that effect.
FlyingRep No, you're misunderstanding. When you flick really quickly it drains 0.001 prayer, so you technically can't do it forever but you can do it for a very long time.
if you're referring to the fast that its 1/99, runescape was updated not too long ago to make prayer points go from 99 to 990, this was before that update, (check the date of the video)

If you flash prayers and close them at the right time - you don't use any prayer at all. This guy's mastered it with being able to flick piety in between his pray flicking. It's madness D:!

No, prayer only drains points when active for a certain period of time, so if you flick it it will never drain any prayer
