the movements you can get on keyboard are insane compared to controller it seems, I dont know much about tekken but I would think that PC players would have an advantage.
Depends on the character, really. If your character has any crucial quarter half circle input or kings giant swing for example, you'll have a hard time on keyboard. But yeah, basic inputs come out a lot faster on keyboard than controller and stick.
