    Awesome examples of using stitches and combining them. It would be helpful to see what is being selected on the computerized screen, rather than it being narrated and simply watching the machine sew. Thank you for the help for this newbie Janome owner!

    So cool. I am so glad to see how decorative stitches can be used, both stacked and in a line. I had been wondering how they could be used. As soon as I my 9480 comes in, I will be experimenting!!

    This is a very useful tutorial, so thank you for that. I had found the sound was difficult to manage, because the microphone seemed far away from the speaker. I hope you do more tutorials.

      Thank you - for decorative stitches, you need to use the Zig Zag plate, the one that comes standard on the machine. You will need the wide hole in this plate rather than a straight stitch or HP plate, that only has one small hole. Happy Sewing!
