As schools reopen, SANTACO Hlokomela from eThekwini conducted a safety operation in Isiphingo to protect school learners. The initiative inspected taxis and vehicles for roadworthiness, verified drivers' licenses and Professional Driving Permits, and assessed drivers' fitness.
