Im really struggling with my Mental Health :(

It has been a really tough couple of weeks!
I am really struggling with my mental health and staying on top of my depression.
I just have to keep reminding myself " Its a bad day, Not a bad Life"

Glad to hear you are taking steps to keep yourself healthy! The Auckland War Museum has really lovely gardens and grounds to have a picnic in if you want another idea for your trip away. Love you guys.
