2000 shares and I receive monthly rent like an apartment owner in Baltimore. Just without all the trouble around 😊

Thanks Simplify! Great deep dive into SVOL, one of my favorite holdings. Keep that $0.30 monthly distribution coming!

As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make decent returns.

Having a mentor is my personal recommendation. It seems like a good bet if you have limited market knowledge, but I'm not sure where you'll find an experienced one.

You are right! I've diversified my portfolio across various markets with the aid of a financial adviser, I have been able to generate a little bit above $450k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.

Thanks for this. I just googled her name and found her webpage. I'm really impressed with her credentials and I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get.

This is my top pick for a monthly dividend ETF. It has a high and consistent dividend and just as importantly it's held it's principal value. The strategy for this ETF is perfect.
    Keep up the good work!

    I really like this strategy.
But I do not like to pay 30 % tax to the US government on the dividend. 30 % is to high level.

During some months, you loose more on decline of SVOL value than $ 0.28 that it pays on dividends.

At 7:44 you state that the fund will distribute more than what it actually earned, during some months. That's scary. How long can that go on for? I would really like to buy SVOL but I'm still working to fully understand the fund.

Can anybody please discuss difference between SVOL and ZIVB? can you please create a video with your analysis of the two. I know you are a big advocate of SVOL but what are your opinion on ZIVB and how they both differ and which one is riskier of the two? The Yield is almost the same.

Passive short vix funds do much better when things are all right but tank disproportionately hugely when vix spikes and go into backwardation(and don't bounce back quickly). If you don't have the patience to check vix future curve everyday, then for serious allocation in a margin account go with SVOL, with tidbit of money go with passive. Plot SVXY, SVOL and ZVOL(prev ZIVB) on tradingview and you'll see what I'm talking about.

With reinvested dividends, it has slightly outperformed the S&P since inception with lower volatility (2022 drawdown was much smaller).
If you're not planning to reinvest any dividends, then no, it has paid consistent monthly income but the price return has been flat to down.
